Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. We understand the difficulty of selecting personal items online. Therefore, all orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not eligible for exchange. Most Karma Stone items (unused) can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not included. Shipping fees and additional services like gift wrapping are non-refundable.
However, if the return is due to our error (e.g. you received the wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the item is in stock, we will issue a refund or exchange once the returned item is received.
Please note, once exchanged, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return labels are only provided for defective products within the policy period.
Return shipping costs depend on the product weight, your location, and the shipping method you choose.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
- Opened or used sage sticks, candles, and soaps
- Sale items (discounted items)

For defective items purchased within 1 year, you can request a special discount code (with proof of purchase) for 50% off the same item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Do not send your item back to the address on the package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within one week. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at Sophie@karmastonejewelry.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed about your return.
Return Without Label
If you return the product without a return label, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can monitor your return. Please be sure to keep your tracking number for reference. Karma Stone is not responsible for lost packages sent via non-trackable carriers.
